Paul Murray

"Their last film together was The Big Store in 1941."

At MGM, yes, but what about A Night in Casablanca (1946) and Love Happy (1949)? Neither film lived up to their previous efforts, but they shouldn't be forgotten.

The most memorable thing about the first one is Groucho's hilarious purported feud with Warner Brothers over the title, and the second is best remembered as one of Marilyn Monroe's earliest appearances.

They also made individual cameos in The Story of Mankind (1957), but no one would consider that a "Marx Brothers movie."

I had not heard the Zeppo/Zippo story before. It seems more likely to me than the usual explanation involving zeppelins.

Thanks.
