Being that I am currently studying British women in relation to modern war I find this very interesting and exciting to see.

I have done some work with women in WWII and have seen the array of uniforms used in that war but I never looked earlier at WWI. This article is very interesting and enlightening!

I've actually got a friend who is writing a series of stories involving this period and topic, coincidentally enough -- I'll have to pass this on to her as a reference.
