The survey doesn't let me scroll down to the rest of the questions. Maybe it's just my computer?

Oops...our bad...the survey window should scroll now.

Is it possible to have longer summer hours--opening an hour earlier or staying open an hour later?

Jim: We actually do have extended hours on a seasonal basis. For example, the Museum will be open until 7:30 p.m. selected dates in March, April, and May as well as all month in June, July, and August.

You can always check our hours page for the latest information:

I was a visitor on the last day the museum was
open (Labor Day ) before it closed for the remodeling. I am glad that I was there that day and the other 18 to 20 times to see the museum that I will always remember. I visited again last June and it has taken this long to get over the shock, not surprise at the changes.I have plans to return to DC in the future but they do not include the museum. Thank you for all those great years!!!
