Hi,
I would like to say that of all areas in learning- HISTORY is the most significant. Because it helps us understand our origin and these understandings will teach us how to face our future. Studying the past will preserve that knowledge of the past, otherwise we may have forgotten our culture.

This in particlar will strengthen how we value our freedom and widen our understanding of justice.

I have always been moved to action by studying the sit-in at woolworths and many other non-violent protests, and have participated in some of them. Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
