We love our interns! Thanks for all your hard work.

I interned at NMAH several years ago. It was a life changing experience that led me to my current career and dream job. Plus, meeting C3PO up close and personal was pretty cool.

I was an intern in 1996 with the NMAH Office of Education. I loved it! I was in the program that accepted students straight out of high school; I've heard that this program has ended, but I hope that's not true or that they will reinstate it. It was such a wonderful experience. I totally understand the part about "getting to" walk through a closed museum. The NMAH is a magical place! Many years later, I'm still so thankful for the opportunity and the people I met. Some of the 1996 Interns keep in touch on Facebook. Thank you, Smithsonian!!
